folks who live and/or own property between Kansas University and Downtown Lawrence for more than 30 years.

actively involved in reducing neighborhood blight,protecting the neighborhood's limited parking space,
seeking options for homeless services that do not infringe on residents and property owners,
finding effective methods of deterring criminal and disorderly behavior,
protecting the neighborhood from encrouchment by the University of Kansas ,
preserving Oread's historic structures, and much much more.
